What's the best thing about your job?
I love having the opportunity to work cross-functionally with many great teams across Lovepop, as well as build and improve upon the experience that candidates have with us.
Out of our 4 core values (engineering, hunger, magic, connection), which one describes you best and why?
Connection is a value of mine both personally and professionally, and it was really refreshing to learn about it as a company value during my interviews with Lovepop. I am motivated by building great relationships and bringing people together to celebrate wins and openly discuss conflict. It makes me happy that Lovepop cares about that too!
What is your favorite Lovepop card?

Tell us about a truly unique Lovepop moment.
My birthday! I had been working at Lovepop for a week, and not only did my team know it was my birthday, but they surprised me with balloons, a beautiful card, and cake pops, which are my favorite treat. We also went to lunch to celebrate and it was so nice to feel so appreciated that early on.
If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
I would want to lead a safari tour!
What do you like doing outside of work?
Spend time with my family and hang outside (beach, surf, hike, run, ski, skate)! If the weather brings me inside, then I love bowling.
If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Pizza

Is there anything else you'd like the world to know about you?
Podcasts have changed my life! I don't sit still well to focus on a book in my free time, but love to listen to podcasts and audible books while on the go to keep learning.
