Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are adding new countries daily. If you do not see your desired location listed, please send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to find a solution.
We cannot currently provide our Handwritten Note service to international orders.
Can you tell me more about free shipping?
We are delighted to extend free standard shipping within the continental United States to our customers.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to our international friends but we are working hard to provide the most competitive rates available to our international customers.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipping in the U.S. can take 3-7 days.
We can ship your package overnight if it is placed before noon on a weekday. We do not place any shipments on weekends. We apologize for this inconvenience.
How does your handwritten note service work?
For an additional five dollars, we will handwrite the message of your choice onto your chosen card, and ship it directly to the recipient in the United States. We do not currently offer Handwritten Notes for cards sent internationally.
What color ink do you use?
We use the finest black ink. Black never goes out of style.
I can’t figure out how to use the handwritten note option. Can you help me?
We can definitely hand write your note and send it for you. On our website you will see this option directly under the price on the product page (mobile or desktop). There is a button for "Add a handwritten note +$5" that will get things started. The service is $5. Once you click the button, you'll be prompted to enter the recipient and message.
Please be sure to add the full address to the “Recipient Address” field. Only U.S. addresses!
Please be sure to check your message for spelling mistakes before you Add to Cart. We can't make changes once the order has been placed!
That button doesn't exist! How do I add a note?!
We have a limited daily capacity for handwritten notes. If you no longer see the check box, our hands have cramped up and we are all sold out of Handwritten Notes for the day. Please check back tomorrow.
You told me that you would send my card to the address I input, but you have my shipping address as my address?!
At checkout you will be asked for your shipping address. Don’t worry, if you input the right address in the “Recipient Address” field before you added the card to the cart, your card is going to the right place. This is reflected in the content of your confirmation email.

What is the return address on a handwritten note?
Currently, the return address is that of our fulfillment center in Lee, Massachusetts but we understand that it might be helpful to allow customers to choose his or her address and are working on a solution to make that possible.
Do you have any retail locations?
Absolutely. We have four in Boston, Massachusetts and one in Natick, Massachusetts.
We also have two in New York, New York in the Oculus and Fulton Center.

What's the difference between your e-commerce store and your physical stores
Sometimes it's easier for customers to pick up a card on the way home and have a nice chat with a Lovepop Brand Ambassador. Sometimes you want to shop in your pjs.

Term & Conditions
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase for most orders. With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the returned items. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. Price adjustments for orders already placed will not be honored.
Merchandise cannot be returned to retail stores for a refund. All items must be returned by mail, please repackage it, enclose the packing slip and send it back to us. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method. If you do not have the packing slip, please enclose a note with your name, billing address, order # and order date. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
If your card is damaged on arrival, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damage and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Order Cancellation Policy
We cannot always honor order cancellation requests. We are trying to fulfill all of our orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you have your cards for the holidays so each order is pulled from our inventory immediately after it comes in so we can ship it as quickly as possible. Please see our return policy.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

We are patent pending and have copyright filed on every one of our designs. If you stumble upon Lovepop designs without original Lovepop packaging, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where are your cards made?
Vietnam, China, Japan, and Germany all have a very rich history of paper cutting and are home to finest paper craftspeople in the world. We create our cards in Boston, Danang, and Shenzhen. John and Wombi founded Lovepop in Boston where they attended graduate school and returned to opened the Lovepop facility in Vietnam where they initially fell in love with this amazing craft. We're growing rapidly and now proudly employee almost 100 of the finest paper craftspeople in the world.
What's up with your CEO's name?
Wombi was a chubby baby and was nicknamed after this Australian marsupial.
